We Updated the look of the Case Selection!
We spent a lot of time making over the new case selection. We know that it was a little utilitarian and vanilla, so we wanted to jazz it up a bit. You can now have a visually pleasing way to select which case you would like to study.
You can sort the cases by Category, Case number, Time Limit, Completed, Review Later, High Yield. We have also added another feature called "Tags" where you can filter for cases by a number of different options like symptoms, diagnosis, gender, and age.
We have added the ability to hide specific cases that you decide to hide, and the ability to hide all completed cases or all Incomplete cases.
We have added the feature to "Peek" at answers for those who do not have time to go through every case prior to their exam.
If you want to go back to the simple vanilla list of cases, this is fine. The new case selection is an opt-in, so if you don't want to change, you don't have to. Change is hard. We get it. You can try when you are ready.
