We have officially retired our desktop version of CCS Cases. 99% of our customers have been using our online/web version for nearly 9 months now. Those who have purchased the desktop version have then contacted us asking to be changed to the online/web version. There has been a huge decline in technical support since the release of the online/web version. Having the ability to use any browser, including mobile has been a big benefit for our customers. For those with active desktop subscriptions, we will support these until the end of the subscription. If there are major issues with your computer, we will be asking these customers to switch to the online/web version. We thank you for your support.
