Newer Anticoagulants DOACs Added to the Step 3 CCS Portion
Direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) were missing from the USMLE Step 3 CCS Cases order database for a long time. Users rejoice! The DOAC have been added to the order database on the USMLE Step 3 CCS Portion, so we have also added this as well. There will be more ways to anticoagulant those virtual patients than ever before!
This is a small change, but this was frequent asked why we did not include the DOAC, and the answer was because it wasn't included in the real test. So now that it is, we have included this in our database as well.
