The program isn't registering my orders

We get this question nearly everyday. 99% of the time a different order was ordered such as ordering a urine order instead of a serum order. Sometimes to get credit multiple orders are required such as antibiotics. Please look at your log and compare to the grading sheet. In the description, it will tell you if multiple orders are required. If you are absolutely sure, you can email us, and we will look at your log. Please include which case you are referring to and what you feel is not being picked up.
