No, case data can be reset only if you renew a subscription. The reason we do not allow case data to be reset during a subscription is that students are attempting to sell their remaining subscription time to others which is against our terms of service. If you have purchased a new subscription and wish to reset your data, please e-mail us, and we will do so.
