We have received quite a few people requesting that we create a case simulator for the COMLEX level 3 CDM Case portion. After some hard work, we have created https://cdmcases.com.
Our DO students/residents now can study for the COMLEX Level 3 Clinical Decision Making (CDM) portion of the COMLEX with 100+ cases (more to come).
