We released major updates to CCSCases.com to better help our customers study and learn more effectively. Here is a list of what was improved in our latest release:
1 - Rapid CCS - A faster way to go through CCS Cases. You can hide in Account Settings.
2 - Multi CCS - A way to do multiple CCS Cases back to back like on the real USMLE exam. You can hide in Account settings.
3 - Importance visually shown in grade report. Order importance has always been a part of our grading system, but customers would think that all orders were graded equally. A CBC is not the same weight as the order that would solve the case. I think students intuitively understand this, but it wasn't always clear; we've now made it very clear.
4 - Improved Simulate Network Lag.
5 - Added Number of First Attempts Statistics to Grade Sheet (Newer cases will not have this - it takes some time to generate statistics)
6 - Added a Highlighter to the Grade Sheet. This currently doesn't save to your account, but if there is enough interest, we can implement this.
7 - Added a Try Case Again button to the Grade Sheet
8 - Added gamification - Earn Crystals and Titles after completing cases. This is an Opt-In feature.
9 - Some minor bug fixes
10 - We added 3 Additional Cases - Case 182, 183, 184
